Mr. Sanjeev Ahuja, Professor of Communicative English & Soft Skills in the Department of English and Humanities, obtained M.A. in English Literature from UOR and Indian Culture along with M.Phil. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. During his long career of almost 28 years, he successfully served diverse segments viz. business, industry and education in various capacities including top-level management positions of Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, Head (Administration & Operations), General Manager and Academic Manager. He has been General Manager (Administration) of the World Trade Park Group in Jaipur and lately been Editor-in-Chief and Head (Quality Control) with a publication house of national repute. He carries a vast academic, administrative, management and industry experience and proved to be an asset by making rich contribution to the growth and development of the organizations whichever worked for.

Dr. (Mrs.) Indu Bhati is Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at MGEC. Having done her M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Chemistry, she has been a meritorious student throughout, securing a number of remarkable positions at various levels of her studies. She was awarded Maharana Fateh Singh Award twice, in the years 1999 & 2001 and also won Balika Foundation Gargi Award in 1999. She is credited with the publication of 10 research papers out of which 5 have been published in International Journals and 5 in National Journals. She has presented 6 papers at various conferences and co-authored a complete chapter on “Photocatalysis” for the book titled “Recent Progress in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Research”, edited by A.K. Haghi, Nova Science Publishers, USA (2010). She has over 5 years experience of teaching, research and managing projects for Chemical Industries. She is energetic and fully dedicated to her profession. Her teaching approach is systematic, by her creativity (colorful diagrams and flow charts); she makes the subject interesting and easy to learn. An innovative person and a real good friend of her students, she always remains prepared to help and guide them, even by going out of the way sometimes.

Ms. Ankita Jain is Lecturer in the Department of IT Engineering. She obtained B.Tech. in Computer Science and is currently pursuing M.Tech. in CS Engineering. Besides having experience in teaching, she possesses an adaptive attitude and is extremely passionate towards innovations in technology. She has always been a great support guiding the students for various seminars and a number of projects.

Ms. Shipra Goyal, Lecturer; is a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering. Apart from having experience in teaching; she is keenly involved in management activities taking advantage of her administrative skills.

Mr. Ajit Singh, lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, obtained his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He did his summer training at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station. His area of interest is Production Technology.

Ms. Renu Sihag, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics; obtained M.Sc. and M.Phil. in Physics from MDS University, Ajmer. She has over two years experience of teaching. Fully dedicated to her profession, she carries out her duties seamlessly and promptly.

Akash Verma is a lecturer in the Civil engineering Department at M.G.E.C. He obtained his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota.Thereafter, he earned M.S in Construction Management & Economics Discipline from The University of Greenwich, London. Mr. Verma has focused on finding new ways of water harvesting through porous road pavements in his research work during M.Sc. Prior to joining M.G.E.C, he has worked with a leading construction company as an engineer in London, which was involved in a project of reducing pollution and consumption of energy by insulating the buildings.He has also worked in Jaipur Metro Train Project as an engineer and gained valuable knowledge about practices adopted on site.

Jyoti Jadoun, M.Sc., M.Phill and Ph.D Pursuing) She has completed her M.Sc. in Chemistry from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She has completed her M.Phill from Vinayka mission University, Tamilnadu and is Pursuing Ph.D from Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University, Jaipur. She has 8 years teaching as well as research experience. She has published various research papers in National and International Journals and conferences. She holds the different academic and administrative responsibilities. The area of interest is on water technology, Polymer Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Catalysis and nanotechnology.

Mr. Manish Kumar Goyal , lecturer in the Department of Mathematics is currently pursuing M.Tech in Digital Communication. He obtained his B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, KOTA and completed his professional Training on “Global system for Mobile Communication” at NOKIA SEIMENS, Jaipur. His area of interest is Satellite Communication. Mr. Manish Goyal is highly motivated and result driven person.

Mrs. Kritika Brian Charlesworth, Pro Tem Lecturer in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, obtained B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UOR and underwent Professional Trainings at Birla Institute of Scientific Research, Jaipur, Doordarshan Kendra, Jaipur and Shyam Telecom, Jaipur. She has over 4 years experience of teaching and undertaking a number of industrial projects. Besides being fully dedicated to her profession, she performs her assigned duties and resposibilities with great zeal and due diligence.

Mr. Ravi Kant Misra, Assistant Professor in Chemistry Department, did his Post Graduation from Kanpur University. He has been awarded prestigious Junior Research Fellowship of DRDO and carried out his Doctoral studies from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur while working as a Senior Research Fellow at Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur. He proved himself as an active key member in different DRDO projects for armed forces. He is also having more than three years teaching cum research experience in different reputed Institutions. Mr. Misra is having various publications in the peer reviewed International Journals and presented number of papers in International & National conferences held at different IITs & other prestigious institutions. He is an avid reader and also reviewer of various high impact International Journals of reputed publications. He is known among his students for explaining the complicated subject related problems in a simple and easy way. He is having excellent R&D temperament and currently involved in the development of different Nano-materials for their potential applications in water purification and solar energy sector.

Mrs. Rina Rawat, Faculty in Physics department did her Post Graduation from Banasthali Vidyapeeth. She is persuing her Ph.D in Material Science (Determination of electronic structure with the help of Compton Scattering) from Banasthali Vidyapeeth. Apart from Ph.D she is having a teaching experience of 2 years. Knowledge, curiosity and willpower are her major strength. She believes in utilizing potential at its best and making students curious about Physics and its applications both theoretically and practically.

Er. Manish Kumar obtained his B.E. in Electronics And Communication Engineering from VITS and is M.Tech with specialization in Digital Communication. He has 3 years of work experience in Academics and other allied field . He did his professional training at SAIL, BOKARO. He presented two national level papers in prestigious institutions. He is currently involved in the Improved many of many [IMOM].

Er. Rakesh Raushan, Pro-Term Lecturer Of Electronics Department, Obtained his B.Tech. Degree in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering from RTU, Kota. He did his professional training at K.B.U.N.L (A Joint Venture of N.T.P.C & B.S.E.B). He had also attended the National Seminar on E-Governance, held at Birla Auditorium Jaipur. He is a workaholic and result oriented person. Mr. Rakesh Raushan readily involves himself in different activities of the institution.

Ms. Nidhi Sharma, Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science Engineering, obtained her B-Tech from RTU, KOTA. She completed her practical training on “Developing Applications” using ASP.NET, C# and MYSQL at Core Infocom (P) Limited, Jaipur and also having work experience in the same field at Data Infosys Private Limited Durgapura, Jaipur. She is dynamic, confident, passionate about grasping new technologies and enjoys working in a team. She participated in National Level Techno Management Fests Sakshama-08, Manthan-09 and 10, designed a small project on conservation of water and certified by BAL Bhavan, Jaipur and attended National Conference on Macro Economy. She believes in enhancing knowledge and has passion to accomplish every task given to her.

Mrs. Neetu, Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, did her M.Sc. from University of Rajasthan. She has done MBA from Osmania University, Hyderabad. She is having teaching experience at Seth Mothilal P. G. College, Jhunjhunu. She has given a seminar presentation on “Mathematics used in Computer” organized by Dept. of Computer Science of the same Institute. She is confident faculty member having aptitude for grasping.

Mr. Basant Kumar, lecturer, Maharani Girls Engineering College, Jaipur, obtained B.E. in Electronics & Communication and did his MBA. He has over 4 years of experience in IT Industry in field of telecommunication and data warehousing techniques and has performed various roles from developer to Business Analyst. Mr. Basant Kumar specializes in Communication Techniques and Database Management, performs his assigned duties and responsibilities with great zeal and due diligence.

Ms. Manali Gupta, Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science obtained her B.Tech (Hons.) from Jaipur Engineering College and Research Centre, Jaipur. She has completed her Practical Training by developing a website on “Census Management” using ASP.Net, HTML and Java Script from PC Softech, Jaipur. She has also attended workshop organized by Microsoft office at the time of launch of new MS-Office 2010.Ms. Manali Gupta is workaholic, confident and result oriented person.

Ms. Neera Singh, Lecturer in department of Electronics and Communication obtained her B.Tech (Hons.) degree from Poornima College of Engineering. She has completed her practical training from All India Radio (AIR). She had also attended various workshops in many prestigious institutions.

Mr. Praveen Khyalia, lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering, obtained his B.Tech [Hons.] in Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing M.Tech in Power System. He did his summer training at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station, Suratgarh. His area of interest is Transmission and Protection of Electrical Power. Mr. Praveen is extremely energetic , workaholic, confident and result oriented person.

Mr. Prakash Chand Meena, Lecturer in department of Civil Engineering has pursued his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. He did his professional training from Thermal Power Plant Rawatbhata, Kota and has also done Auto-Cadd designing. He is optimistic, hardworking, confident and result oriented person. He makes the subject interesting and easy to learn. He is known among his student for explaining the complicated subject related problems in simple and easy way.

Ms. Priyanka Sharma,Lecturer in Electronics & Communication Department, Obtain her B.Tech(Hons.) in Electronics & Communication from Gautam Buddh Technical University, Lucknow. She did her Practical training from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd ,Mathura in PLC and Scada network. She has 7 month experience in Teaching from Govt. Engineering College, Bharatpur. Her research Paper is selected in “Global journal of research in Engineering vol XII, Issue V version 1 April ,2012” and is based on Microstrip Antenna.

Mr. SURESH KUMAR KADWA Obtained his B.Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, KOTA. He is presently working as a
Network and System Administrator and Lecturer in Computer Science Department . He completed CCNA and CCNP [ROUTE] from CISCO Authorized Center, Govt. Engineering College, Bikaner and also completed RHCSA and RHCE [Red-Hat Certified Engineer] from Linux–World[Red-Hat Authorized Center], Jaipur.
 

Mr. Ratan Lal, C.F.O., Maharani Group Institutions, is a Post-Graduate in Commerce and ICWA (Inter). Mr. Narendra Kumar Jangir, Network Administrator, Maharani Group Institutions, is an HCE (HCL Certified Engineer) from HCL and has over 3 years professional experience of working in institutions and industry. He works with minute precision and ability and has zeal to perform his duties swiftly, reliably and with full responsibility.

Mrs Sulaxna Vaishnav is M.A./M Lib. She has qualified M.A. in Hindi from MDS University Ajmer. She has received Master degree in Information and Technology Science from VDU Kota. She has 8 years experience in School Teaching and 8 years of experience as a Librarian. She follows Dr. R.Rangnathan Library rules in Library.
